The recent sharp increase in incidents of abuse and attacks of Canadians of Asian heritage due to anti-Asian racism and misinformation about Covid-19 has caused many in our diverse communities concerned.

Anti-Asian discrimination has no place in Canada. Please check out my new Facebook page. Yes, the 15 year old Civic Engagement Network has been incorporated and has a new name: Civic Engagement Network Society of Canada (CENSC) 加拿大公民力量促進會 (民進會).

CENSC is a Vancouver, BC based not-for-profit organization of Canadians of Asian heritage. It is a multi-lingual and multi-cultural advocacy organization that promotes civic engagement and education in, but not limited to, human rights, equality, social justice, inclusive civic participation, and respect for diversity in Canada.

CENSC is in partnership with other well respected organizations, with the support and funding from Canadian Heritage, to develop a year long campaign to engage, empower, and equip Canadians to Combat Anti-Asian Racism. We would like to invite you to join us in this campaign in order to engage diverse multicultural communities.
